There are 2 steps in the process:

All orders ship with a tracking number, so you can follow the delivery until it reaches you.

P.S. holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production and shipping time to increase.

1. Turn the garment inside out.
2. Wash with cold water.
3. Use only mild detergent. Liquid fabric softener not recommended.
4. For better maintaining the cloth, it is also recommended to air dry after wash. If that is not possible, then use tumble dry, and low heat.

Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly on the design.

⚠️ 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦

• The color of the design on the clothes may be slightly duller than what you see on the screen. This is due to the technological difference between screen colors and colors on the fabric. We do our best to ensure that the colors in our product photos are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors of the actual product will appear the same on all screens and devices.
• Please make sure that you pick the correct size and that you fully and correctly fill out the delivery address.

• Our apparels are made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, we can only accept exchanges if the item is damaged or defective.

• We do not accept returns or refunds if the address you provide for delivery is not correct.
